The Devil is in the details and there certainly are a lot of them here. We continue painting the little stuff and add give our monster squid hat some fresh new spots.

We continue detailing the cuties, this time focusing mostly on the squid hat monster. We also show you some adjustment layer tricks to help enhance your digital paintings.

For this update, we create a custom brush to help finish off the ground. And we start detailing the cuties.

We finally start throwing on some color. After laying in some basic colors we go back and concentrate on rendering background details.

This week, we focus on using highlights to define creases, wrinkles, and scratches as we paint this cute little Sharkie Cutie. We also discuss rendering light and shade with color. Enjoy!
