Have you been brushing up on your digital coloring skills? Are your coloring techniques the stuff of legend? Do you think you have what it takes to be a professional colorist? Then get your Wacoms ready friends and enter the ALVINLEEART.COM DIGITAL COLORING CHALLENGE!

The piece for the challenge is Alvin Lee’s Street Fighter Tribute illustration he drew for UDON’s Street Fighter Tribute book. Five finalists will be chosen. Their work will be featured on Alvinleeart.com and they will each get an autographed copy of Lee’s sketchbook, Nix & Scratches Vol. 1, as well as an original head sketch of the character of their choice. One grand prize winner will be selected and will receive an autographed sketchbook, a copy of Alvin’s Gnomon Workshop DVD: Layout and Penciling w/ Alvin Lee (I have it. Totally worth the price. I should review it at some point), and a head sketch. If the grand prize entry is mighty enough, you might even get paid and your colored version might be made into a limited edition print. You may also be considered for future coloring projects with Alvin.
Head on over to Alvin Lee Art for entry details. Contest ends September 30, 2009.
